Congratulations to Heather Maloy the Property Manager at Harbour Club who was awarded the 2007 Simms Management "Employee of the Year Award" at the Simms holiday gathering on December 19, 2007. Heather received this award because of her outstanding performance in overseeing several improvement projects, increased occupancy, resident service, and exceeding budget goals in 2007.
