Think of how nice it would be to put some of your rent towards the purchase of a new condominium or attached patio home. In conjunction with Charles Simms Development we have created a program that allows you to do just that.
If you qualify, and subject to certain conditions, you can join the Simms Rent Equity Program which credits you $100 of every monthly rental payment you make, to a maximum of $2,000, towards your purchase of a new home constructed by Charles Simms Development. Some of the accumulated credit may be able to be used as earnest money, depending on loan program. The new condominium home purchase must be handled through Charles Simms Development without an outside realtor or broker being involved.
